Why purchase a home on the Canaries?

Because of the weather and the climate! The Canaries are said to have the best weather and climate in the world. Winters are warm and sunny and in many areas the temperature will reach 20ºC during the day which allows you to swim in the sea all year round. Summers are not too hot since the Canary steam flows along the islands, so the nights are agreeably cool allowing people to sleep comfortably without having to use their air condition units. No other place in the world with a similar temperature range can be reached within a four to five hours flight from Europe.

Several areas on the Canaries boast with an excellent and healthy climate which has a highly beneficial effect on many diseases, e.g. asthma, allergies, autoimmune diseases. The air is like silk. There are no coal-fired or nuclear power plants and there is hardly any industry, let alone heavy industry. People say that those who come to the Canaries and live here for 15 years will rejuvenate 5 years.

Moreover, the Canaries are a part of the European Union which means that legal certainty is preserved. Violent crime level is low, as is the cost of living. Here, the Spanish, English, Irish, French, Belgium, Dutch, Polish, German, Russian, Italian, Hungarian, Baltic etc. residents co-exist respectfully and peacefully. Since ancient times, the Canaries have been called the Isles of the Blessed, which just recently has become more relevant than ever.

It is remarkable to see how a lot of visitors travelling to the Canary Islands, in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, start to fully relax, sleep well again and forget their day-to-day stress and permanent worries about politics and social difficulties in general.
